BUNDLEWISE

User Guide

What Bundlewise does, how it works, and how to set it up.

What is Bundlewise?

Bundlewise turns your order history into bundles that sell. It finds the products your customers already buy together and lets you publish them as “frequently bought together” bundles on your store — or build your own custom bundles. No code required.

How it works

  1. Analyze — Bundlewise scans your order history and finds products frequently bought together, ranked by lift and confidence (real statistics, not AI guesses).
  2. Publish — review the suggestions, set a discount, and publish in one click. Bundlewise creates the automatic discount for you.
  3. Show — a “bought together” widget appears on your product pages. Shoppers add the bundle in one click and the discount applies at checkout.
  4. Grow — track revenue, A/B test, and let strong bundles auto-publish.

Getting started (5 minutes)

  1. On the Dashboard, click Analyze now to mine your order history.
  2. Open your theme editor → on a product template add the block Apps → Bought together, then Save.
  3. Go to Bundles, open a suggestion, choose a discount and click Publish.
  4. Open that product on your store — the bundle is live.

No orders yet? In Bundles use “Start from a collection” to create starter bundles.

Bundles & suggestions

The Bundles page lists data-backed suggestions ranked by lift & confidence, plus the bundles you've published. For each you can set the discount and a schedule, then publish, pause or dismiss. Tabs separate Suggestions, Live, Paused, Expired and Dismissed.

Prefer full control? Click Create bundle to build your own custom bundle from any 2–3 products.

Discounts & pricing

Choose how each bundle is priced: a percentage off, a fixed amount off, or a fixed pack price (e.g. “3 for 99”). Optional charm rounding (.95/.99) makes the final figure land on a round number — what the shopper sees matches the cart and checkout to the cent. Turn on the margin guard to be warned if a discount drops below your minimum margin.

The storefront widget

The “bought together” widget shows the bundle on your product pages: a gallery, variant pickers, a live total and an add-all button. It adapts to your theme automatically. You can also enable a sticky bar, cart-page add-ons and a post-purchase upsell. Fine-tune the look from Settings → Custom CSS, or set the width in the theme editor.

Settings

In Settings you control: storefront options (suggestions, sticky bar, cart add-ons, post-purchase), pricing (rounding, margin guard), automation (auto-publish strong bundles, auto-pause underperformers, prioritize recent trends), suggestion rules (exclude products or collections), custom CSS, and a weekly performance email.

Analytics & A/B testing

Analytics shows your bundle funnel — widget views → added to cart → purchased → revenue — and the revenue each bundle generated. With A/B testing you can show a bundle to half your visitors and hide it from the other half to measure its true impact.

Plans

Bundlewise has a free tier. Free: 1 live bundle, order-history analysis and the widget. Starter: 5 live bundles, data-backed suggestions, multi-language widget, cart add-ons, weekly email and custom CSS. Pro: unlimited bundles, custom bundles, charm rounding & fixed-price packs, margin guard, sticky bar, post-purchase upsell, A/B testing, automation & analytics.
